Real e-Learning is committed to offering you the highest quality service and to ensuring all products and services meet both internal and external quality standards. Our Quality Assurance Management System enables us to ensure that the quality of products and services are measured, monitored and reported on, and that all feedback received is received by the appropriate staff and used to improve product and delivery.

Our Quality Assurance Management System consists of the following key activities:

Staff and project review

We include regular monthly review meetings with staff to ensure that key standards are being met, project management procedures are being followed, quality services are being delivered and client satisfaction levels are being recorded.

Project review and audit

 For projects lasting longer than one year, we’ll carry out a full project review with you. At the end of all projects we’ll complete a similar review with you, reporting on project spend, financial analysis, key deliverables, key standards, implementation of project management procedures, assessment of quality services and satisfaction levels.

Observation/mentoring

All our staff working with you are mentored and observed at least twice during the year or during the life cycle of a project to ensure that the delivery of service is consistent and meets our standards.

Client satisfaction feedback

During the project review process and end of project audit we”ll measure your satisfaction levels. Any feedback you give us will be disseminated, discussed during monthly review meetings and used to continually improve our service to you.

Key stakeholder satisfaction feedback

Where projects retain key stakeholders their satisfaction levels are captured by Real Group (UK) Ltd.  Feedback from all stakeholders is regularly disseminated to the team, discussed during monthly review meetings and is a critical tool to the ongoing improvement in the delivery of client Services and the Quality Assurance Management System.

Complaints

All feedback is hugely important to us. It’s the mechanism by which we are able to improve our methods and delivery. We hope that our processes mean that issues will always be spotted early and dealt with promptly. In the unlikely event that you have a major problem with development or delivery of your course, we’ll always welcome your feedback and review it at Director level when appropriate.
