Administering your learning course is straightforward with Campus Online. We’ve been successfully managing cohorts of delegates using this bespoke application and management system since 2004.

We can manage the entire administration process for you, or create a custom administration interface for your course, the choice is yours.

For example, Real Training’s administration of the National Award for SEN Coordination contract for the English National College for Schools Leadership course illustrates how we manage a potentially complicated administration process with simplicity. It is entirely implemented online and has managed hundreds of users over five years.

Using Campus Online, administrators can first enroll a learner and then assign them to particular units, cohorts, tutors and verifiers. Tutors and verifiers can track the progress of learners and cohorts, the submissions they have made and their interaction on forums (including formative and summative assessment).

Administrators are able to:

• Create cohorts.
• Specify a cohort’s start and end date for cohorts.
• Have clear information about the final submission date readily available, with opportunity for dates to be altered by an administrator if required (e.g. due to deferral, delay or extensions).
• Track individual providers, tutors and verifiers to measure their interactions and responsiveness to learners.
• Track logins and each delegates interactivity and engagement with the course.Oversee the progress of groups delegates allocated to each tutor, as well as individuals.
• Contact delegates to offer support or respond to queries.
• Construct auto-emails to send to delegates relating information relevant to pre-determined timescales (linked to cohort start dates and submission dates).
